Najwa Abu Bakar has over 20 years of leadership and managerial experience in the financial audit, telco, and media/entertainment industries.

Najwa Abu Bakar's professional experience in the region has encompassed financial assurance, investor relations, business development, digital entertainment launches, and leading a film studio producing movies around South East Asia and HK. She has also been the media face to front crisis and operational communication matters for the entertainment press and investor relations department.

Currently, she is working in sustainable finance and leading the development initiative of the ASEAN Taxonomy for Sustainable Finance for the Sustainable Finance Institute Asia.
